We sadly bid goodbye to FL for 2014 ... This time for sure! We have "officially" started our trip north ... ILLINOIS! Today was a long travel day - we left Destin,FL about 8:00 a.m and arrived at our campsite at Percy Quin St Park in McComb, MS at 3:00 p.m... 7 hours of driving! Thankfully it was a nice sunny day & traffic wasn't bad. We had supper and played a game of cards  ( we did not have any TV reception in the park) Note .. The route we went took us from Florida, to Alabama , to Mississippi to the tip of Louisana, back into Mississippi.
